At oomae, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations We ship to Portugal and other EU countries. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Delivery Times
- Portugal (mainland): 2–5 business days
- Portugal (Azores & Madeira): 5–10 business days
- EU countries: 5–15 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at the email below within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
